These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of changed.us, including purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “CHANGED,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CHANGED, operated by TONI CAPITAL INC.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use this website and make purchases only with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many CHANGED products are manufactured, printed, embroidered, or otherwise prepared after an order has been placed.

Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

Because of this, voluntary changes or cancellations may not always be possible after production has begun.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may:

• Add or discontinue products

• Change available colors or sizes

• Change suppliers or fulfillment facilities

• Limit quantities

• Temporarily remove products

• Update product specifications

We may do so without prior notice, provided that changes do not improperly affect orders we have already accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid for it and we cannot reasonably fulfill the order, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.

6. Orders

Placing an order through changed.us constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraud

• Unauthorized payment activity

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect inventory

• Shipping restrictions

• Legal or regulatory restrictions

• Sanctions restrictions

• Clearly incorrect pricing

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount as required by applicable law.

7. Order Confirmation

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that production has begun or that the order has shipped.

Shipping confirmation will normally be provided separately when applicable.

8. Order Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted with your order is accurate.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before fulfillment progresses, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has begun.

We may change prices at any time.

Price changes generally do not affect orders that have already been completed and accepted.

10. Obvious Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing is accurate.

However, technical or human errors may occasionally cause a product to be displayed at an obviously incorrect price.

Where permitted by law, CHANGED may correct an obvious pricing error and cancel an affected order.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Nothing in this section permits us to engage in misleading pricing practices or disregard mandatory consumer-protection laws.

11. Currency

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location and Shopify market settings.

Currency conversion rates may change.

Your payment provider may also apply its own currency conversion rate or fee.

The final amount displayed during checkout before payment is submitted will normally be the amount charged by CHANGED, excluding any separate fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

12. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout where required.

Depending on the destination, these may include:

• Provincial sales taxes

• Sales tax

• VAT

• Similar consumption taxes

Customers remain responsible for any taxes or charges legally imposed on them that were not required to be collected by CHANGED.

13. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees.

Some of these charges may be collected during checkout.

Where additional charges are imposed by a customer's country or carrier after shipment and applicable law permits them to be charged to the recipient, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

CHANGED does not control the decisions of customs authorities.

Payment services may be provided by Shopify Payments or other authorized payment processors.

CHANGED generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details when those details are processed entirely by an authorized payment provider.

15. Fraud Prevention

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, order cancellations, and lost shipments are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

From time to time, CHANGED may offer:

Promotions have no cash value and cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory protections or pursuing remedies in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives them that right.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

39. No Waiver

If CHANGED does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive our right to enforce it later.
